Long time customer and never had an issue until Feb 2021.
Cigarbid which is a CI auction site backordered a box of cigars i had won. The rest of the shipment arrived with zero issues but I was billed for the back order which was paid.
All good right? NOPE
Try getting in touch with customer service. By phone is impossible and emails ARE NOT answered. This company is the WORSE. I will never buy anything from these people again and I strongly advise anyone reading this doesn't either.

I have spent over $10000.00 over several years at this company. They always shipped within a few days. I placed an order on 1/1/2021. All items were in stock. It's now 1/15. Tried to call customer service, no answer. Sent out 3 different emails, no answer. I don't know what's going on at this company, but it's not good. I had to go to a local cigar shop to purchase my cigars. I spent a little more money, but I got my cigars. I will never order from this company again.
Wont be ordering from these clowns ever again. This was my first experience with cigars international. It is understandable to verify age but when you send them the information they need it makes no difference. Lots of emails saying to "verify age" or your order will be cancelled in 5 days... Listen, these people will jerk you around and treat you like TRASH. Their customer service is a joke and slower than a sloth. If you have an order with zero problems you might be good, but if you get an email from cigars int. needing anything extra after your order, you might as well cancel the order cause they're not going to help you. Trash experience and a waste of withering time.
P.S. I only ordered a 5 pack so if you ordered more than that... well, good luck.
The cigar selection and pricing is good but their customer service is the WORST. I order frequently but I check my order online to make sure I see it ship in a day or so. when I do not I know something went wrong with order and the trouble begins. If you call their customer service prepare to wait 30 minutes. Then prepare to be told they will fix it. NOT
I called 3 times to get one order that was 6 days old out of processing and as of this writing it remains in processing.
CI Customer Service quickly corrected an issue I had with a bad bundle of cigars. 80% of the cigars had split wrappers and were unsmokeable. This is the first time this has happened in the 10 years I've been ordering from them. After a few messages back and forth with CS, they decided to replace the bundle, and within 2 days I have a replacement bundle being sent to me before the end of their work day.
Absolute garbage customer service took them two weeks to even get back to me on my order then everything I ordered want on backorder. 1st and only time I'll try to order from them.
This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have come across. I ordered 9/12 cigars for a wedding gift. I have been contacting them and have been told many times that my order would be shipped the next day. I have talked to many CSR, consistently with lies. Finally talked to a supervisor (very nice) on 9/15, she stated that my order would be shipped out with next day priority for free. My order still hasn't shipped. Called 1st thing today no supervisor will come to the phone. Was told they would call in 30 mins., 3 hrs later and a call back they will call back in 15 mins. 1 1/2 hrs. later still no call.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered.
I ordered a package of Ghurkas that included two rock glasses. When it arrived the glasses were broken. I sent a message to what CI laughingly calls customer service but it was ignored, as were two subsequent messages. Today as y I sent a message telling CI not to send me any more catalogs or emails, adding that it could go straight to hell. This ends a decades-long business relationship solely because of CI's abysmal lack of customer service or, for that matter, common courtesy.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY...yes..they sent wrong cigars and I am still waiting for the correct sticks. I have been on hold for over 4 hours, sent emails, and been told they should arrive in a couple days more than two times. This was my first and last order with this company. HORRIBLE!
No customer service. No communication except for automated emails. If there’s trouble with your shipment, good luck. If you want to cancel an order, too bad. This company doesn’t care at all about its customers.
